Managed migration is a hands-on, team-assisted service. You don't run migration tooling yourself — our team audits your current setup, rebuilds it on our Riyadh infrastructure, tests it on a staging URL, and coordinates the go-live so the DNS cutover is smooth.
What the process looks like
- Discovery: you share access or details of your current site and email setup.
- Audit: we review the stack, data, and any DNS or email records that must be preserved.
- Rebuild: we provision your site in an isolated container on our infrastructure.
- Staging: we give you a temporary URL to review the migrated site before go-live.
- Go-live: we coordinate the DNS cutover with you and issue SSL automatically.
- Verification: we confirm the site is up on monitoring, with daily backups running on managed cPanel/WordPress hosting.
Note
Migration timelines depend on the size and complexity of your site. Simple sites can move within a day or two; larger setups take longer. We'll give you an estimate after the audit.
Important
Keep your existing hosting and email active until we confirm go-live. Cancelling early risks losing data or breaking email during the cutover.
