Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the managed hosting services provided by Mahsumah Business (شركة محسومة), Commercial Registration 7038325788, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We provide managed hosting that includes running your site on our infrastructure in Riyadh, managed SSL certificates, our own DNS name servers, uptime monitoring, deployment via GitHub, and daily backups on managed cPanel/WordPress hosting, along with managed migration and support by email and ticketing. The service is provided as described within the scope of your plan.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws.
• Be responsible for the content you publish through our service.

Payments are processed through our payment provider Moyasar. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and subscriptions are billed annually, renewing at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. 15% VAT is added where applicable under the laws of the Kingdom (VAT number 312062837400003). If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend the service after notifying you. Continued non-payment may lead to termination of the service and deletion of associated data in line with our retention policies. Service is restored once outstanding amounts are settled.

We strive to provide a reliable and stable service and monitor uptime continuously; however, availability is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed contractual availability percentage. For more detail on availability targets and maintenance windows, see our Service Level Agreement.

Our team provides support by email and ticketing for matters related to hosting, operations, deployment, domains, and backups. Support does not necessarily include custom development or work outside the scope of managed hosting unless separately agreed.

You may terminate your subscription at any time, with termination taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or non-payment. Upon termination, data is deleted in line with our retention policies.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mahsumah is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the service. This does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
