Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all users of Mahsumah managed services. Its purpose is to protect our customers, our infrastructure, and the wider internet. By using the service you agree not to misuse it in any of the ways described below.

You may not use the service for any of the following:

• Spam: sending unsolicited bulk messages or marketing campaigns without recipient consent.
• Malware: hosting or distributing viruses, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Phishing: impersonating organisations or individuals to steal credentials or sensitive information.
• Illegal content: any content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Hosting resources must be used fairly. Cryptocurrency mining or running processes that consume excessive CPU, memory, or storage in a way that harms platform stability or the experience of other customers is prohibited.

Any activity that harms the network or the systems of others is prohibited, including denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS), unauthorised port scanning, IP spoofing, or any attempt to disrupt services or intercept traffic.

You may not conduct any security or penetration testing against our infrastructure or the services of other customers except with our prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised testing is a breach of this policy.

When this policy is breached, we may take graduated action depending on the nature of the breach:

• Warning: notifying you of the breach and giving you an opportunity to correct it.
• Suspension: temporarily suspending the service to protect the platform and others.
• Termination: terminating the service in cases of serious or repeated breaches.

In urgent cases that threaten platform security, we may act immediately without prior notice.

If you notice any abuse or harmful activity connected to our services, please report it to info@mahsumaah.sa with as much detail as possible to help us investigate and act quickly.
