We monitor every hosted service over HTTPS every five minutes, tracking whether it's up or down along with latency and rolling uptime, and our team is alerted automatically when something goes down. If your site seems unreachable, start with our public status page.
Quick checks first
- Open the public /status page to see if the platform or your service shows an issue.
- Try the site in a private window to rule out your local cache.
- Try another network or device to rule out a local connectivity problem.
- Check whether it's the whole site or just one page or feature.
- If it's still down, open a ticket and describe exactly what you see.
Important
For a full outage, mark your ticket as urgent and include the exact time it started. That helps our team correlate it with monitoring alerts and respond faster.
