Refund & Cancellation Policy

Managed hosting plans are billed annually in Saudi Riyals (SAR), with 15% VAT added where applicable. The full amount due is shown before payment, and payments are processed through the Moyasar gateway.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@mahsumaah.sa. Your site keeps running until the end of the paid period, after which it is not renewed. Cancelling stops auto-renewal for the next cycle and carries no additional fee.

Because managed hosting involves setup and hands-on work from our team from the start of a subscription, payments are generally non-refundable once service provisioning has begun, except in the following cases:

• If we are unable to deliver the requested service at all, we refund the full amount paid.
• If a double charge or a billing error on our side occurs, we correct it and refund the difference.
• Within 7 days of a first new subscription, if no actual provisioning has started yet, you may request a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Moyasar and may take several business days depending on your bank.

We remind you before the renewal date. If you prefer not to renew, let us know before the current cycle ends. Renewals are billed at the price published at renewal time, in SAR, VAT included.
