SSL troubleshooting
Certificate warning or 'not secure' message? Work through these common causes.

Most SSL warnings appear right after a domain change, before DNS has fully pointed at us or before the certificate has been issued. Work through the checks below in order.
- Confirm your domain actually resolves to our server (DNS may still be propagating).
- Make sure you're visiting the site over https:// and not a cached http:// link.
- Check both yourdomain.sa and www.yourdomain.sa — the certificate covers both.
- Clear your browser cache or try a private window to rule out an old cached certificate.
- If the warning persists more than a couple of hours after DNS resolves, open a ticket.
Important
A 'certificate name mismatch' usually means the domain isn't fully delegated to us yet, or an A record still points at your old host. Recheck your DNS before assuming a certificate fault.
